The hotel is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The room had a spacious terrace, and during the summer nights it was pleasantly cool for sleeping. The gondola is located right next to the hotel, which is extremely convenient. The staff were kind, friendly, and always willing to help.

This family-run hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked through the door, I was welcomed with such genuine warmth. The attention to detail in every corner of the hotel reflects their passion and pride. The personalised service, delicious meals - like super tasty- and thoughtful little touches- made our stay unforgettable. The reception staff gave good advice regarding Skiing within walking distance of a few bus points. Also, as a family hotel, they allow children to be children; we loved the family pool area and relaxing afternoon cakes and teas. The hotel staff displayed all-around kindness and care, and we had a 5-day stay - this was seen as consistent and genuine... I could go on complimenting this hotel and its staff ... LOVED IT !!! I am hoping to return>>>

    Beautiful house in a picturesque quite little town, perfect for those trying to escape crowds. Awesome location with skiing chairlift within 2km, slopes are also largely unpopular so perfect for beginners and experts alike. Bus stop within 600m and Dorfgastein train station also within 2km so perfect for navigating through the Gastein Valley. Owners are two very lovely people who will cater to your every need as quickly as possible with some humour as well.

    Our room was really nice and spacious and super clean! Everyone at the hotel is very friendly and welcoming, we had a fantastic time. Breakfast was varied and delicious. We decided to have dinner at the hotel every evening because we simply loved the food and it’s so reasonably priced. We brought our dog as well and she had a great time too :) dogs can stay for an extra charge but it’s well worth it. We will definitely be back next time we go to Austria!

    Central village location, traditional property, hotel has had a major exterior renovation recently. Room was comfortable with standard facilities and excellent value. Breakfast options were well presented and generally of a good standard. Internet worked well.
