This locality is the "snow corner of the Tiro" - it has snow in the valley when other resorts don't. The landscape and the village environments are beautiful and relatively without commercial architecture. The main ski-resort is brilliant - linked to Saalbach - Hin and also family friendly; Go to fantastic InterSport Gunther in the Fieberbrunn town for best value ski hire and apparel. Nearby St Jakob Buchansteinwand small ski area is great for learning and families and excellent value - get ski hire at the lift for best value.
