We were very happy with the place. The staff, especially the owners, were very accommodating and friendly. The place is homey and cozy. We stayed for 2 nights. They cleaned the room daily. Lastly, the place is just 10min walking distance to the skiing place. I would surely choose this place whenever I feel like coming back to Austria for White Christmas.

    The hostess is very friendly and always happy to help, our apartment had all facilities necessary and a very beautiful view over the valley and mountains. The location is also perfect - at a couple of minutes walking distance from the locker complex and ski lifts in Fiss, allowing very quick entrance to the whole Serfaus - Fiss - Ladis skiing area!

    Great hotel!! The owners and employees are really nice and so willing to help you with everything. The breakfast was fantastic as well! Clean and neat rooms with proper beds. This hotel is all you need for a (ski)holiday.
