The hotel is great, not too big and not overcrouded. Breakfast is the same every day, but still with variety of options. Dinner is great, two mains every day cooked in front of you (one fish and one other meet), salads, appetizers etc.. two dessers. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. They made our bed every day - towels and bedsheets always in amazing shapes :) We had a great time!!

Location was perfectly placed between a ski lift, Apres Bar, shopping and restaurants. The staff was amazing, so much so that they gave me a whole plate of Christmas cookies (and who doesn't love Christmas Cookies?!!!!). Room was a perfect size and recently renovated. Breakfast was great and offered early enough to make it to the lifts before the crowds. The bar area was a perfect setting for relaxation and drinks after a day on the slopes/mountain. I highly recommend this location, and I'll be sure to return here next year.

Great location, short walk to both the grocery store and to a beautiful gorge, but completely silent in the night. This was great because we could leave our windows open since there was of course no AC. An electric fan was provided, which was great. The staff was super helpful and kind. The breakfast was absolutely outstanding, the best of our whole trip. Fantastic stay, would love to return!

    Kaprun is a very nice place for someone interested in spending 3/4 days for outdoor activities and hiking in the nearby mountains. There are a lot of possibilities for visiting the mountains with the Teleferik although a bit expensive for a family of 4 persons.

    The Geography and skiing are everyone's reason for going to Kaprun. They are both excellent. The town itself was pretty quiet in early April. Pizza shops dominated the dining seen. Some of the business had Arabic words written on their signs. I don't believe that these words were necessary for Arab travelers, but detract from the authentic alpine atmosphere. The ski lift was my favorite facility. The Aplenhaus restaurant was the best place to eat. I would avoid going up the mountain on anything but the first lift in the moring

    Skiing Kaprun / Zell am See in March is excellent but the weather can be changeable . Also can be busy on the glacier at times and the route back to the Alpincentrr can be bumping and very congested. Great apres ski options at the bottom of the maiskogelbahn . Baumbar and Paletti are particularly excellent . The Bründl shop / ski hire location at the foot of the maiskogel provide lockers which are brilliant when you finish for the day to deposit your skis and boots , change into normal shoes and hit the apres ski entertainment. Great staff here as wel , always helpful and friendly

    Kaprun has a small town feel about it.

    Kaprun has a small town feel about it. Roads are kept clear and the area spotlessly clean. Everything we need for skiing or just enjoying a winter break is available. Fellow tourists and locals are all great company.

    The BEST LOCATION EVER for ski in Austria!! This is a 5 star Hotel , with the most beautiful chalets!! We stayed in 306 . Clean , comfortable with excellent facilities. The breakfast was very good “ even with champagne “ The dinner “ 4 course “ was out of this world… compliments to the chef . The staff was very friendly and assisted us with everything!! Thank you for helping us with the ski hire… excellent!!! The spa with the amazing pool , took our breath away!! Wish we could go back tomorrow!!

    My room was upgraded and I had a room with kitchen. Very lovely breakfast with lots of options and live kitchen. Hotel parking has two Tesla destination chargers, one dedicated to Tesla, other for non Teslas. Lots of parking options. Hotel has awesome wellness area with spa and massage chairs for use. I was provided with the Kaprun Summer card for free which made everything free, including the public swimming pool.

    Kaprun is nice location in general, we were close to many attractions and we had nice time outside the hotel, alos the views are nice and infinity pool is nice in the hotel. WE stayed in nature plus type of room and I think that part of the hotel is newly built so everything is new in room and corridors

    Perfect hotel in centre of Kaprun. Walking distance to the Maiskogelbahn. No need to use ski bus. Very good food, we definitely recommend half-board. Spa center nice but in the time of our stay, Finnish sauna was out of order so the spa was a bit crowded. View of Kitzsteinhorn was just amazing.
