    We loved this beautiful place.

    We loved this beautiful place. We hiked a lot, went for summer rodeln in Lienz, went for breakfast to Cafe Central and spend a lot of time at the amazing pool. On the day we left it was raining heavily which meant rafting fun. When you’re up for an hour drive, it is an amazing route to the beautiful Wörthersee. All in all, a beautiful place.

    The house is a very typical Austrian style house in the small village of Kotschach. The house has everything you need, kitchen is very complete, a cosy living room and 2 bedrooms and bathroom. Outside is a nice garden and 2 terraces with mountain view. The owner, Barbara, is a very kind and friendly lady, if there is a question you can always ask her. And she gives good tips for day trips in the area.

    Nice and comfortable apartment in Kötschach, for 3 of us. We were traveling primarily because of skiing (Nassfeld, Kals Matrei), and Kötschach was a good place to reach Lienz and Hermagor. Sabine was very nice host, we felt like at home. She recommended us pools for swimming, close to the apartment, and they were good for relax after skiing.

    Very beautiful location with woods on the hill behind the house and wiew on the valley and mountains while sitting in the living room, so we enjoyed the bad weather too. The flat is spacious. We were in nature and meantime not far from Kötschach, twice we walked to town.

    Very friendly owner. Nothing wat too much we asked. Great location, starting of nice walking trails right behind the hotel. Very clean, every day cleaning, unnecesarry imho, but ok that's the new western standard for being green.
