Newish hotel having been bought by the current owners and massively modernised and rebuilt in 2018, so feels very new still. Good sized room. We had a balcony and a valley view, which is more expensive, but worth it. Hotel staff are very courteous. Bathrooms are super luxurious with rainwater shower head, the biggest I have seen. In house restaurant provides a wide range of fare at all normal hours. Very convenient tram stop less than 100m away.

Friendly, welcoming, helpful staff. Very comfortable room, good space, comfortable bed, nice shower. Great balcony view. Great breakfast. Easy walk to the tram into Innsbruck, 100m maybe. Sauna and some other things that we didn't have a chance to use. Afternoon snacks, outside terrace.

It is a very nice hotel. Location is excellent, right on the slopes so proper ski in and ski out. Food was also good. We also liked the welness area. The room was very quiet and dark at night. The beds were also comfortable.

The rooms were really nice and big. We had on site free parking. The room was clean and looking good. They gave us free pass for public transport and answered all of our questions.

    This is our second stay here. Everything is on the highest level. Very friendly and helpful hostess, fresh milk, eggs and bread provided by hostess makes breakfast in apartments amazing, especially with mountain view. Very comfortable and well equipped apartments. 20 minutes from Innsbruck. But we also enjoyed walk in Oberperfuss, and our daughter was very happy to have pony ride in Oberperfuss also provided by hostess. Everything was just great.

    Location is perfect for spinning around the whole Tirol. The host was very helpful and answered all our questions. It was so interesting to take a closer look at the farm, animals and local life. And fresh milk from the farm is just amasing! Drink it alone or make silky porridge... mmm, you even do not need to add butter in it. =)

    It was quite close to all “Seilbahn” and Innsbruck, very well organized and clean area with good infrastructure (Stores for food , museums, Restaurants, aso…)
