We have just completed a 2 night stay in a family suite and I can not rave about this hotel enough. All the staff were incredibly friendly and professional and so good with my 10 year old daughter. The indoor and outdoor playroom were a big hit and the pool area is amazing. The food was excellent and our room was even nicer than the pictures. Thank to everyone for making my 50th birthday a memorable one!!!

The breakfast was exceptional, plenty to choose from and all fresh, it certainly set my day up. Coffee choices were great. The room with a balcony was excellent, the room was very spacious and comfortable, bathroom was also very spacious. The cleanliness of the room and hotel was excellent, and the staff were very helpful and cheerful. The view from the outside of the breakfast lounge area was very good and the hotel was in a great location, bus was 13 stops away from the city centre. I would recommend getting a Salzburg card. Staff could not do enough for you, location was beautiful and access and frequency of buses great. Breakfast was the best buffet I’ve ever had and pool and spa area clean and relaxing. Restaurants food was excellent quality.

    Cosy hotel in a small, quiet village. The rooms were clean, bright and modern with exceptionally comfortable beds. The bathroom was great. Breakfast very good, with a selection of breads, spreads, cereals, eggs, meat, juice, tea and coffee. Staff were friendly and relaxed. The hotel is in Puch, a village 15-20 minutes from the centre of Salzburg by train and trolley-bus. An all-day adult fare was about €8 and there's a train every 30 mins, always punctual. The Salzburg Verkehr app is indispensable.

    Superbly comfortable bed pillows and bed linen. Wonderful restaurant and food. Have asked for Austrian to English menu description. Excellent head waiter and chef. Great wine and beer selection. The hotel is within a conference centre and offers secure parking. Other restaurants are close by. Very good base for exploring and while not Central Salzburg its easy to get there very fast. Inexpensive. And very lovely staff too. 10/10

    Value fot money, as prices for hotel in Salzburgfor the same period was x2 or even x3 times higher. Clean room. Nice staff. Location near the bus stop. Good breakfast for 12.90 (June 2024). Has car parking.
