We loved everything about this hotel! We could check in early which was super convenient, the staff was super helpful, the breakfast was delicious and of good quality, and the metro station was only a few minutes away and 15 15-minute ride from the centre. Would come back for sure!

The staff are remarkable and the room was well positioned. I also enjoyed the Internet and wireless phone quality compared with other locations. The breakfast was always the same, but now that I'm back in the US I miss it. I stayed there for 26 of the 41 days I was in Vienna. I'll stay there if we return to Vienna.

    If you are into history, architecture and museums this is the place for you. There was so much to see, so many museums that we had to create a shortlist. Vienna has such beautiful buildings and is very clean. At no time did I feel unsafe. Everyone was extremely polite and helpful. The hop on hop off sightseeing bus was a good decision - we were there Friday until Monday and bought a 48 hour pass. They have a few different routes which covers the whole of Vienna and you can listen to the commentary on the bus via headphones they give you. The transfer from the airport to central Vienna was simple too. Trains and buses run. I got the bus - you can pay by card on the bus - ignore the internet info which says it has to be cash that is wrong. Was 11 euros one way. The bus VAL 1 fro bus stop 7 outside the airport takes you from the airport and the first stop was the train station near our hotel. took 25 mins. Cost of eating out, drinks etc similar to the UK.

    Beautiful, walkable, historical capitol city. So much music and art to inspire your soul. Public transport is easy but you can get most places on foot. Try and explore the non-tourist locations to feel the authentic city life. Vienna Calling!

    We are from Austria so we did a quick weekend getaway. Visited the Prater and the Ikono interactive museum. Prater was good. Since the weather was a little cold, it was less crowded. Found it difficult to park our car since almost all the Parkgarages were full. So highly recommend to take the U-Bahn. Ikono was ok. Might be interesting for small kids like around 5 years. Bigger kids might find it boring after sometime.

    Location is very good, U-bahn very close to get into the city centre quickly. The room was clean and spacious enough for two. We had our own bathroom which was great, shower was big and warm. Ample storage for clothes and cases. Also price was excellent, overall would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Vienna.
