Great affordable stay for the Central Coast right near the beach and just what my partner and I needed. Lovely beach(es) nearby walking distance, plenty of places to visit (we have been around here before). Good restaurants close by (including Golf Club). Room spacious for two, all amenities fine. Lovely staff who went over and above, and reception. Fabulous breakfast and options. Close to supermarket driving. Families with younger kids would like the swimming pool. Lovely seaside location where you mingle with locals. Especially in the café out the front of Bateau Bay Motel. Beautiful beaches and coastline walks. Easy to get around. It backs onto the National Park, with coastal tracks leading to Forresters Beach and down to Bateau Bay itself. On the other side is a fantastic district+ocean view. You can see why it is called "Magical Sunset Views". The place was clean, had all the mod cons, and a great front deck for a beer and the sunset.
