We found the cabin very roomy, perfect for an overnight stay after a long car trip.
It had good kitchen facilities - which was super handy as the night we stayed had terrible weather, so we were happy to stay inside.
The communication was good and we accessed an early arrival time.
The man who served was very friendly and happy to help.
We would be very happy to stay here again, much better than the overnight stays we've had in a lot of motels.

The stay was perfect for me.
The stay was perfect for me. Car was secure, big tv and air con in the room. Shower pressure was perfect. Arrived late so was great I got a text message with pin to collect key from vault - simple and easy.
No loud noise which was great slept very well.

The staff were excellent. Rooms spotless and well appointed. Motel is opposite the Bowls Club which a comprehensive dining menu and huge meals at very reasonable prices. Super easy to navigate Cobar and the Cobar Information Centre was extremely helpful.

The people are friendly, the cafes and other shops are welcoming. Most conveniences I needed are eccessable. Friendly service, a town that has everything and being a little Australian country town feel.

We (young family of 4 - 2A & 2C aged 7 & 2) visited Cobar for a single nights stay.
On our overnight stay, we attended The Great Western Hotel for lunch, Cobar Hot Bake for breakfast the following day & Subway for lunch prior to departing. Each eatery was clean & appropriately priced, with beautiful food & friendly staff.
We attended both the Fort Bourke Hill Lookout & the Miners Memorial - both informative attractions.
We utilised one (Khan's) of two local IGA's, where we were able to purchase fresh fruit & veg, a variety of butcher meats, salads from the deli & other items we required for our stay at a moderately decent price.
We stayed at the Oasis Motel, which was easy to find & exactly as advertised. The room was clean, comfortable & had various modern luxuries throughout making it an enjoyable stay. We found it well priced with friendly accomodating staff.
We took our children to Drummond Park & were very pleasantly surprised. The park was lush & green, with equipment for all age groups aswell as being adjacent to the local skate park & basketball courts. Our children were very impressed. We noted there to be both accessible & inclusive equipment & seating at tables.
We attended a local Cobar Camels rugby union game, where we found the club members friendly & the ground kept in pristine condition considering the dry landscape surrounding.
Overall, we found Cobar to be a warm & inviting township, with clean streets & well maintained public spaces.

The best was the history of Cobar.
The best was the history of Cobar. We enjoyed the historical park adjacent to the motel. We brought our own food . Cobar is very easy to get around. Although we're not all that young we enjoyed walking around town.

Very polite staff. Also gave update via text on weather when Cobar was expecting a storm. Have never had that at a caravan park before. Much Appreciated
