I have found many wonderful properties through booking.com -- but this may be the best in terms of location & comfort. Wonderful welcoming details such as rugs on the sofa. Peter even made us pizza! So welcome after a long, cross day travelling. Loved it!and left making promises to come back ....

The hosts Sue and Dave were lovely people and made us feel welcome with great views of the hills. Their horses are very friendly and love a good pat, and their Dog dusty that roams around is very cute and loves a good pat. For those trying to get away from the city and enjoy the hills and have great hosts come here. will definitely come back again

The property was beautiful - beautiful landscape about 20minutes from the main wineries in Barossa. The green room was just perfect. So spacious, well decorated, warm, with a well equiped kitchen and a fabulous bathtub. Evelyn was a great host, she baked us fresh bread, and left an assortment of beautiful home made jams and granola. She’s so friendly and you can see that she takes great care of all the details. A bonus was being able to see the sunrise right from the very comfortable bed and to gaze at the vast number of stars at night. We absolutely loved it here, and would 100% recommend it for any one looking for a relaxing escape in the Barossa.

Our lovely host Evelyn made us feel so welcome and had a lovely loaf of home made bread wrapped up in a tea towel for us to have for breakfast. It was so nice there wasn't much left for breakfast! It is in a beautiful location where you can hear the wind rushing through the trees and the birds signing, utter peace and quiet. It was a lovely place to stay and everything is catered for, we will be back.

The Cottage is really a wonderful place. Not just the Cottage itself, nicely restored and decorated the whole setting with the lovely gardens is just really nice. Also it's a great place to look at the wine destinations near by. Nice coffee machine and a very welcome treat to some tim tams.❤️😁 The kitchen has all you need and more. Thank you for having us. Oh my goodness! What a find! Absolutely gorgeous cottage top to bottom! Really enjoyed the top quality towels and linens, shower was nice and hot, kitchen had everything we could need. Just loved it.

.The renovated rooms are great and fun..The walk on the paths by the vineyard is very pleasant. Located near the Keis estate wine tasting and restaurant, which is excellent.
