We didn't know what to expect but on arrival we were were just "wowed " with what we experienced! The cabin we stayed in was a step back in time and the grounds and Rose garden were sensational 👌 . Would definitely recommend a stop here if you want to experience some Australian history .

Check in was quick and efficient. Room was ready upon arrival. Room was clean and tidy. I am glad I went for the more unique stay in this restore Victorian mansion than in a standard hotel-gives the guest a taste for the beautiful architecture can be found within the city. Views from the window were great, overlooked the river and the city center. Centrally located and within walking distance to restaurants, shops, museums.

The Florance exceeded our expectations. The location was very central, parking was included, the rooms were spotless and comfortable. The included breakfast was delicious. The staff including the owner of the property were welcoming and friendly. The decor of the place - mixed modern and vintage - was very tasteful and beautiful.
