Very friendly and helpful staff, provided guidance on places for dinner and fresh milk for tea. The shower was spacious and warm, and so was the room, which had a desk and a very good WiFi connection and speed. Plenty of parking and EV chargers. Lots of free channels for TV.

After a long day at Grafton jacaranda festival with the pipe band, the hot tub was a lovely relaxing way to end the day, rooms were quiet, some nice breakfast crockery and cutlery. Rooms were spacious, clean.

Beautiful little oasis! Cute outside area, a small and cozy inside area that is very nicely decorated. I love the windows surrounding the bed as well. A sweet little dog came to visit us each day to play as well.

Maclean was a small nice town and it is really close to...

Maclean was a small nice town and it is really close to Yamba in NSW, recommend for a weekend short stay with family and friends, walk around this small town. Recommend Botero Cafe & Roastery, their coffee and fruit & nut toast were super nice.

We came for the October long weekend and stayed Saturday...

We came for the October long weekend and stayed Saturday night. We arrived early so we could see the town but sadly most things closed at 12pm or some things weren’t open at all, leaving us with 3 hours of having nothing to do and nowhere to visit for 3 hours until we were able to check in.

Cute, quirky main street with lovely old buildings. Gorgeous river, fantastic op shops. Great steak at Argyll Hotel Fun local market coincided with my visit. Checkout the panoramic views from the lookout.

A small country town which was clean and buildings well...

A small country town which was clean and buildings well maintained. However they had a great pub - the Argyle hotel. This hotel had very good food and the setting in the old hotel was excellent. The staff were very friendly and I recommend to all to visit it.

We stopped for a night to rest on our way to Taree from...

We stopped for a night to rest on our way to Taree from Moreton Bay. The hotel is right next to the Bowling club. We had dinner at the clubs chinese restaurant and it was the best chinese food we have had in ages. Also a few lovely cold beers in the lounge bar. The hotel was lovely and clean spaceous and cool !!! It was a very hot day. We parked out the front of our room. Bed was so comfy and massive. Showers hot and plenty of room. Everything you needed was in the room. Easy check in and out as well and a wonderful breakfast place down the road at the famous coffee factory. We stayed on our way and on our return trip too.

The owners were awesome. They returned my messages when needed. We had a lovely welcome gift of wine and chocolates. We are left fresh eggs from her feathered girls. The tiny home was immaculately clean. It was located in a quiet location by a river. We ventured out into Maclean which has an amazing pub with great food. Great touristy location with historical buildings. We were able to relax and enjoy our stay. Highly recommended it !

We really enjoyed our stay. The cottage is nicely renovated, very clean and in a fantastic location. We had some travel issues resulting in us arriving late into Maclean and David went out of his way to help. The info provided to us prior to stay and call to check we received it was very appreciated. Would highly recommend.

Very tidy and nicely maintained. The room was clean and comfortable for a one night stay. The shower was lovely. Friendly service on check in and check out. Easily walkable to food and shops, and petrol station two doors down was very convenient. Maclean itself was a lovely little town and a great stop on our trip north.

A reasonable sized room, with a very pleasant and modern decor, and all the expected mod-cons. The bathroom was very clean, as was the main motel room. There was very little traffic noise at night. Shops, cafes and hotel are all a short drive from the motel.
