Everything had clear signs to say where to enter, where to park and where the reception was. Jen from reception was absolutely incredible! She was so lovely and professional, walked us up to our chalet showed us where the light switches were told us everything about the chalet and how to contact her if we needed to, how to fill up the spa and where all the towels were ect. Then we ended up contacting her again later on to ask how to get some more ice and she walked it up to us herself, and before coming up onto the patio part of our chalet knocked and said she was there and if it was ok to come up. Just super dooper professional, kind, over the top helpful! You barely ever see service like it anymore and I really think it started off the experience for us in such a positive way so thanks so much Jen!!

Spacious rooms very well decorated. Very quiet location. Very friendly staff and helpful with ideas of where to visit on our stay. Great value. Just the right distance from the city and excellent for exploring the country. Ideal if you want to visit Perth durnig the day but want peace and quiet, relaxed evenings with nice restaurant and bar facilities.

The staff was incredibly friendly and exceptionally helpful. Despite our late arrival, they showed up within minutes, offering valuable information and demonstrating remarkable flexibility, which was a huge relief since I was traveling with my four-year-old son. Location was great - nice and peaceful area surrounded but the vineyards. The food and wine was delicious. Room was very spacious with comfortable beds.

Julia and Pete were very nice hosts who had great advice on the surrounding area. Breakfast was very nice and the room was amazing, and bigger than expected. Cleanliness was top of the line and I had a perfect stay.

After a long travel we found the Gumnut Cottage was the perfect place to recharge. It is a very bright, clean and well equipped apartment with comfy beds and real homey feel. The beautiful garden was very peaceful. The friendly hosts were very accomodating and even enabled an early check in due to our early arrival time.Thank you and hope to be back one day.
