the room was very comfortable. the view from the room was breathtaking. Staff were very pleasant and helpful at all times. Location was one of nicest i have stayed in .My only complaint was the cheeky monkey restaurant. Food was very ordinary, The overall experience was unpleasant. I Would not recommend it to anybody . Soldiers Point is quieter and laid back compared to busy Nelson Bay, with no metered parking spots (a pet hate of ours) and great eating destinations only a short walk or drive away. Our host Lynne is always available and very helpful and friendly.
