Great central location. Super friendly staff who make you feel welcome from the moment you arrived. It was my birthday as well as the friend I was with. And although only one of us was staying there, they gave both of us chocolates and cards. Lovely decor and everything within walking distance.

    Room is just big enough to swing a cat around but not a dog. Good for an overnight night stay where you don’t have to unpack. Basic hygiene products supplied. Close to food outlets , club and Aldi supermarket.( walking distance). Friendly staff.

    The accomodation was over priced for the primitive amenities...

    The accomodation was over priced for the primitive amenities provided and the breakfast was limited to only one cereal, fruit, yoghurt and only warm water for tea and instant coffee. the staff were OK but not overly helpful. You have to pay an extra $10 per night to park your car in their big empty carpark which we were not told about until we arrived. I personally would not recommend staying at this property you can get better value for money elsewhere

    Free cancellation is good, room service not at all, fridge is not good, towels is too old, price is good, too noisy the street side, this hotel is only ok for a night and not recommend for family with kids under 10.

    Excellent hotel. About a 20 minute drive from Parramatta, but easy to access by car (except peak hour, which is always). There’s ample parking on site Yes, it’s a budget motel, so don’t go looking for a huge room. The real win here are the staff. They are friendly and courteous. This hotel and the Ibis East Sydney can really teach bigger hotels about hospitality
