I would love for everyone visiting Europe to include Jajce in their itinerary. Jajce is truly an undiscovered treasure, full of history, natural beauty, and unique experiences. Despite being a small town, it has so much to offer. At the heart of Jajce is its breathtaking waterfall, located right in the centre of town—a rare sight that perfectly blends nature with the town’s historic charm. The history of Jajce is exceptional, spanning from the Roman and medieval periods to more recent events such as the Yugoslav era and the civil war in the 90's. Walking through the town feels like stepping through time, with monuments, ancient fortifications, and streets that tell stories from centuries past. For anyone who has heard of Yugoslavia but doesn’t know much about its towns, Jajce is the perfect place to learn and immerse yourself in history while enjoying stunning landscapes. Jajce is a beautiful bosnian town with a nice historical old town, fort and waterfall. My recommendation would be not to pay to view the waterfall, you can see it perfectly from the platform above the waterfall so save your money and avoid the tourist trap.Guest review byAnnaIreland - 10.0

First time visiting Jajce and it was really nice to do the walkthrough, eat and drink in the city center. The food was great and prices were affordable. One night stay is enough to see the major sights and enjoy the atmosphere of the town where cultures clashed and melted eventually. Very welcoming town with great food. Some insights for travelers (not negative, just stating the facts so you can keep in mind): parking is difficult to find and the streets in the center are narrow; apartments in the center can be very loud, especially in summer, so if you prefer quiet area book outside of the center.
