We were first guests at this hotel. Everything was ready on the rank A1* :-) Hotel right in the middle of the city. Friendly and professional staff, room was clean, we have fresh new water and sweet apples every day at our room. Breakfasts were great, every day Mr. or Mrs. receptionist asks us if everything is ok, this is very pleasant from them. In a case of next visit Sarajevo, we have right choice to accomodation.

The ladies at the reception desk were very kind and helpful. The view is very nice over the city. Very modern and comfortable rooms and good bed. Good location 5 minutes walk to the townhall but on narrow, very steep streets. Parking place very good.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The room was huge, with a huge outdoor terrace overlooking the city. The bathroom facilities were great. The bed mattress was absolutely perfect for a good night's sleep. I loved this place.
