This hotel is within the parameters of European hotels. It is located near a lot of shops and some restaurants. The room was spacious and very clean. They give all amenities. The AC worked well. The staff (Mithu and all the others) were very friendly. They provided us a room to take a shower in the afternoon, after the check-out.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. The buffet breakfast was amazing. Staff were friendly and had a beautiful smile when greeting us everytime. The swimming pool was a decent size. There were 3 Jacuzzis - one inside the male and female changing rooms and outside. The location was great. There is a huge shopping centre nearby.
