It was a very clean, spacious and well equipped room. There were some previous comments about traffic and noise, but they must have closed off the through road since then and finished some of the buildings as it was super quiet.

Beautiful location just outside of Bruges, perfect service and food about sums up the experience. The rooms were exceptional, the hotel is surrounded by farms, which is a fascinating sight in the morning. Breakfast was very good, everything you would want. There were a lot of parking spots. Cannot find a single thing that we did not like.

It was a stopover for us before a long drive to Northern Germany. We were late arriving but the proprietor kindly waited for us and also gave us an upgrade to a suite. Such a comfortable bed and so sorry to have to be on the road so early in the morning. Would've loved to have a bit more time to luxuriate in the lovely surroundings. The hotel oozes character and it was so quiet and peaceful there. Breakfast was lovely too.

    Didn't see much of town as I was involved elsewhere, but it had some bistros and restaurants. It was a clean and tidy place, parking was good near the hotel. A good base to tour north-west Belgium. Very close to main roads.

    Nice hotel for disconnecting, very quiet place. In the kitchen there is a fridge with biers so if you are driving during the day you can still enjoy national beers. The room was big enough and we loved the bed, huge one!! On top of that, very very friendly host.

    Having stayed here a few times the hotel is as good as we remembered, Large public car park just outside the door, although in the center of the town just about silent at night. excellent room and bathroom, very good brealfast.

    Good parking area, the apartment was comfortable ,warm ,good modern clean toilet and shower facility. Good Carrefour in Aalter for food shopping. Good train service to Bruges or Gent , cheap and only 20 minutes journey .
