    We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Alegria which is well located and very comfortable. We had a great 2 hour walking tour of Bruges which we booked through Get Your Guide. Our guide Peter was excellent. We also enjoyed strolling through the Santa Anna area, quiet and pretty. Our favourite restaurant was Pieter pek. Excellent food.

    beautiful city and plenty to see and do. Expensive restaurants round the square but plenty just outside. lots of lovely bars and shops also Ghent, just a few miles further on, Medieval and beautiful

    Highly recommended to visit.

    Highly recommended to visit. Wonderful old town with central square where the clock tower is and further large cathedral so plenty to see. Some canals / boats trips so an Amsterdam vibe also. Great places to eat and especially drink the excellent Belgium beer - of which there are many. Must try the 'beer wall' bar - we stumbled across it but fantastic selection of beers in quirky alley location with access to terrace overlooking canal. Very cool !

    Lovely place but have to dig out the best places to eat as that is the case in most touristy places. Loads of history with beautiful architecture and very interesting history everywhere.museums were done in an interesting way. Too many churches but then I am not a believer, at all

    Fantastic city, every body helpful towards a disabled person, restaurant staff A1 great service always smiling, my shopping was a pleasure, small problem = cobbled streets not good for wheel chair use, but I would never change them part of the old, beautiful Bruges
