I especially appreciated the attention to detail—everything from the quirky wall art to the neatly placed amenities made my stay feel special. The staff at the hotel were fantastic. They were not only friendly and welcoming but also incredibly helpful, offering great recommendations for local attractions and dining options. Their enthusiasm for the city and the hotel really enhanced my experience. Additionally, the hotel’s location is perfect. It’s within walking distance of many of Ghent’s top sights, making it easy to explore the city. Me and my girlfriend loved wandering through the nearby streets, discovering charming cafes and beautiful architecture. I loved the location of the hotel, right in the heart of Ghent's historic city center. The hotel is also housed in a beautiful old mansion, which has been beautifully restored and modernized. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.

The ladies on the reception were always friendly and very helpful with recommending a restaurant nearby to eat and also the best/scenic direction to walk into the old town. The fresh chopped fruit was lovely and the breakfast selection was outstanding.

Good location, walking distance to St, Pieter train station and central Ghent. The staff , Lucca and Glenn, were excellent. Very accommodating and friendly. Our room was magnificent and the grounds were beautiful. It was a pleasure to stay here.

Very well designed, warm place, close to the city center.. owners of the hotel are such a lovely couple they help you with everything.. they gave us city guide book which was very helpful. When they learned that we are vegan they also gave us brochures which includes vegan places And other vegan options.. there is a common room where you can rest and have delicious cup of coffee…

The breakfast buffet is excellent, especially the opportunity to bake your own eggs on a hot plate. The rooms have airconditioning and the bathroom has all the comfort. Parking space is always available close to the room. The hotel is located right next to the Brussels-Ostend freeway, at the Drongen exit.

The kitchen is excellent. I had not eaten better cod fish in my life. Breakfast was excellent too. Coffee and the cocoa drink was delicious. The design of the hotel restaurant is very good. Rooms looked a bit old fashion but I liked it.
