We were in Lommel to visit a geocaching event.
We were in Lommel to visit a geocaching event. The city counsel actively participated to make it a success. On Sunday we visited a tour organised by the tourist information around the Lommel Sahara with local food and drinks. It was ideal to stay for one night close to my destination for the next day. All I needed was provided. Spacy and clean. Had some minor issues wit the TV and advised the owner to prevent this. Beautiful nature and walks.
Beautiful nature and walks. The 'Sahara' of Lommel is a nice place, but it was a bit too crowded. I would advise to go there in the morning or to go to the surrounding woods. A lot of forestroads are marked as 'forbidden'. This is a pity. The best option is to follow the 'knooppunten'.Guest review byEllenBelgium
