The receptionists and hotel manager were polite and welcoming answering any questions! Both times we stayed in this hotel we arrived at lunchtime and they let us check-in early after I gave them only few hours notice in advance of my arrival time! The hotel boasts an quiet and peaceful location, within easy walking distance of superb restaurant and the picturesque Park Kaylaka. There was no noise in the rooms, the air-conditioning worked perfectly and beds were comfortable so we had a very good night sleep. Free parking in front of the hotel. The rooms were tastefully decorated especially the twin room that we stayed the first night. There were fridge, toiletries and towels provided in the room.

Huge room, very clean and close to the city centre. Parking outside on the street next to the hotel. Breakfast for an extra 10lev pp was chosen from a menu. The staff were quick to deal with an issue in the room and upgraded us.

Very beautiful and amazing. The place is wonderful, beautiful, cozy and very luxurious. It is located in the city center, very good location. The staff is very hospitable and friendly. I liked everything. There was hair blower, iron, clotes dryer on the terrace, extra blankets, extra bed that was folded, Tv in every room, desk. There was broshures of places you can visit, 2 keys for the front door, shoe sponge, soap, shampoo, even sanitary napkins, canned food and basically everything you need in a home. Our stay there was perfect.
