Though the stay was expensive, but it was worth its money. Very well thoughtfully made program offers a balance between wild nature observation and comfortable hotel stay. I would like to highlight the way that hotel works with customers: every chalet has their own chosen language speaking guide who helps with any question at any time. we had a great stay here before and after our trek into the Amazon. the staff were lovely, did a great breakfast and the rooms very spacious, modern and clean. only downside was the wifi sometimes wasn’t great, but apart from that it was amazing.

It was clean and comfortable..The staff were very polite, if rather formal. The breakfast was very good.

Very comfortable. Our premium room had all we wanted, huge comfortable bed, good ac, great amenities, balcony. The property also has a pool on the rooftop with great views. Close to the airport, great views from the room. The restaurant on the ground floor was also very good.
