Everything well in shape and cool design. Very large and comfortable bed. Very friendly and professional staff. Big supermarket next to the hotel. Before we have been in the Hilton where many things were in bad condition and uncomfortable. A lot better value for money here in the Ramada.

We had an easy and fast check-in by Marco Aurelio, who was very attentive to our questions. Everybody from the front desk, restaurant, kitchen, were fantastic. We also had helped us organise who took us safely to different places, including, Ouro Preto. Novotel Savassi has an incredible team of people. Thanks so much.

Everything was amazing, the staffs was super friendly and helpful. I would like to mention the Staff Housekeeping EMILLY SINDIORRANY. I was staying in the floor 11 and she was responsible for maintaining corridors and room’s tidy. I have to say that she did and amazing job during my stay and she’s a very hard worker.
