the bed was really comfortable; the bathroom was recent and comfy as well. the staff was so polite, smiling, and friendly/helpful from start to finish. my stay was an absolute success!

We had an excellent stay at the Velvet Fern. The home was beautiful and fully stocked. Our baby was comfortable and we were in a great location to explore Courtenay. I'd highly recommend it to anyone hoping to visit.
