    The Town of Lévis was great.

    The Town of Lévis was great. Four point Sheraton not so much. Have environmental illness we let them know in advance that Dana needed the room clean with vinegar and they said yes. But the night before we got there that called and told us know. No this is very bad for Dana’s health. Manager told us to bring our own sheets as they were doing nothing extra to help Dana. Find another hotel the night before we were to go there. So to rate there customer service we give them a 0. They hand enough time a month to make the changes and did not. Instead they but Dana’s life in danger. Was not happy.

    We were only passing through on our way to North Sydney, NS. As a result, I really have no suggestions. However, from what I was reading about the area, there is plenty to do. Quebec City is only a short drive away, as well.

    Cachet was perfectly located for us to travel return by...

    Cachet was perfectly located for us to travel return by ferry to Quebec City, which we did every day. The ferry was a short walk, inexpensive, and convenient. What we realised is that Levis itself is also interesting, and we could easily have spent another day exploring the surrounds.

    We didn't get the room we booked and were forced to take an...

    We didn't get the room we booked and were forced to take an alternative, smaller room, which only had a double bed, instead of two beds which were booked:- the room was very small with double bed that took up most of the room! There was hardly any room for our suite cases, The bathroom sliding door was close to the bed head, and didn't have a handle on inside making it difficult to exit the bathroom, The shelf over the mini hand basin prevented proper use, ie leaning over it whilst brushing teeth and rinsing, This accommodation experience was the worst that we experienced in our 4,000 km road trip through Canada and came close to spoiling the experience.

    Great location to access a provincial park with scenic view...

    Great location to access a provincial park with scenic view of waterfall, trails & suspension bridge (cool). Easy access from highway, close to some shopping, and basic restaurants (a pub, bakery and fast food, drug store, groceries) all withing walking distance.

    Apt 3 was well done...

    Apt 3 was well done... I felt very comfortable as a solo traveler. The air conditioning was wonderfully adequate. Lots of kitchen amenities Here are some helpful things to note: It's the upstairs of the Hair Salon (same side entrance) Fridge / no freezer Nice deep tub Good Wifi When pulling out, Turn Left for Restaurants and Groceries / Right for the Ferry - convenient location.

    Because the place was recently renovated, everything feels new. My room was extremely clean (not even a single hair on the shower drain). The location was also very convenient. It is the one of the first hotels you can get after driving southwards on the lonely stretch of the Trans Canada highway, and the last one if you are heading north. The beds are very comfortable, and has plenty of parking. The sheets and towels were clean, and there were soap, shampoo, a coffee machine, fridge, and cable TV, plus free fast WIFI.

    This is our first time in Quebec City. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is very good. The hotel was a bit outdated but very well maintained and clean. The room is so spacious. Location is the best, so many shops with walking distance, grocery store, gas station, and coffee shops. Overall, our experience was pleasant. Definitely, we will be back and stay here again. We're in love with the city!!

    the carpets throughout the hall area were not vacuumed. However, the rooms were clean. Perhaps they have not hired anyone to clean the halls? Also, we booked this hotel over another one because of the free breakfast, but the breakfast was quite horrible. The tray of eggs was seeping with water and there were no other options besides muffins and cereal. OVerall I'd give this hotel a 6 out of 10
