had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect – from the warm and welcoming staff to the delicious food. The breakfast was truly amazing, and the interior is so cozy, cute, and aesthetically pleasing. Everyone was super friendly and made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful experience.

Great hotel. It's not cheap, but for Geneva standards is acceptable, especially considering the quality offered. Rooms are great, bar and restaurant are very nice. Breakfast is very good. Staff is all incredibly friendly and helpful. Always with a smile on their face to receive us. Location is the best you can get in a Geneva. It's fancy but not too much. Above all, it's comfortable, and you feel very good here. In conclusion, if you can pay some extra money above a poor quality hotel, I would recommend you experience Bristol. It's been a while since I felt so welcome in a hotel, and I am thankful for that.

Upon arrival the room was not ready as scheduled. I met the sales manager Ms. Isabella and the room was upgraded to a suite and a drink and lunch were provided as a courtesy of the hotel.
