The customer support was the best that we have ever had in a hotel!!! The location was perfect in the city center, also the parking and the access to hotel was so convenient!!! The breakfast absolutely excellent!!!! And of course the room was perfectly cleaned!!! Really it’s worth 10/10!!!!

The situation of the hotel away from the hussel and bussel of the world, made the stay at the hotel special. The rooms were decorated with a good mix of old world and modern. The garden area was also a good area to relax. The hotel also has a lounge area, which means that you are not resrichted to your room.

    Classic, beautiful facility and grounds. Fragrance of flowers all around. Lovely, helpful staff. Cute village with historic buildings, homes, churches, and schools. Nearby hiking and walking trails for all levels. Fabulous views from atop San Salvatore ... and many other places. Wonderful breakfast. Nice restaurants at the hotel and nearby. Public transport easy from hotel. A great spot to explore lakes Lugano (underrated!), Como and Maggiore, plus the awesome Valle di Verzasca.

    Breakfast was excellent and better than many 5 star hotels with a broad selection of high quality options Grounds are impeccably kept and garden us beautiful Has a lovely family feel to it and is full of old world character. Bed was very comfortable with good quality linen In a beautiful village with some nice restaurant options nearby including the one at the hotel which is very good
