The staff were friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. We booked a room with a balcony which was great to sit on and eat our takeout pizza & salad (Family Pizza place round the corner very good!) There is also a resturant at the hotel which we used for evening drinks & breakfast in the morning. Parking was easy too with spaces outside the hotel that are free from 6pm. I was caught in a very strong rain on the way to the hotel; when I arrived the two people welcomed me warmly, offered me a towel and felt very sorry for me. One of the employees offered to drop me at a restaurant in his car, so I could avoid the rain again. The employees walked the extra-mile and provided an exceptional service.
