Room quality almost too good to be true. Completely new facilities, comfortable adjustable beds, fully equipped kitchen, spacious balcony, all crispy fresh and fabulously designed. Very warm welcome at the reception, spotlessly clean, great restaurant facilities.

Upgraded to chalet. Awesome, even though weather did not permit view of alps. Right in the centre. Never stayed so close to ski hire/lifts etc. perfect spot. Restaurant abs fabulous food. Staff all abs lovely. I look forward planning a return visit next year.

We absolutely loved this classic chalet that had the exact charm and comfort we were looking for to enjoy our Christmas break. The views from our room were magnificent, and wherever you are in the hotel (bar, restaurant, spa) you are reminded of the nature that surrounds you. Our room was very spacious with plenty of storage and equipped with everything we could possibly need.

The room was small and basic, but very functional and clean. It was quiet for sleeping. There was a fridge in the room. The staff at the front desk were great. The breakfast had a fabulous selection of foods. The room was non-smoking, but it did have a smell of smoke. But I was able to open the window and air pit the room.
