While there's no pool, the spa, with its three saunas, especially the Finnish one, was a standout, offering a stunning view of the valley. The hotel is located at the bottom of the ski slope, in summer a great starting point for numerous hiking routes.

I loved the balcony view of the mountains. Breakfast was exceptional, beds were very comfy. I especially appreciated the keyless management system of the establishment - you can unlock doors just with your phone through their app! The staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotel has its parking places outside - no extra cost.

Our two-night stay was fantastic! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms were spotless and cozy, and the breakfast selections were varied and delicious - the homemade oatmeal, fresh orange juice, large selection of fresh, quality breads and teas were outstanding. Convenient parking right outside was a bonus. We'll definitely be back!

    Love the facilities for mountain biking and they are only going to get better. Everything is to hand, loads of car parking, supermarket, excellent bike hire facilities, bar near by. Seems great for families (I travelled alone but folk seemed to be having a great time). Safe and secure area.

    Great place for hikers and bikers.

    Great place for hikers and bikers. Cable car or Post Bus takes you all the way to the top of the mountains from where you can either bike down or hike down back to the Flims town. Caumasee is a must visit and is only 5 minutes Bus ride and 10 minutes walk from this property.

    As a matter of fact every thing was fine and there is no complaining. - resturants were very close to us - Mostly I enjoy the atmospher and I don't remeber what we eat, mostly remember how many good beer I had :) - The Flims are was so clean and saftly you can walk around without any problem - Shopping and Telecabine

    Great for holidays for many years. So many wonders. Lakes, mountains, forest, water flows, local food. If you have the chance, visit the observatory in Falera! You can quickly get to Chur by bus to visit museums. Never disappointed.

    Many outdoors activities to try! Electric mountain bike was and incredible experience. Gorgeous Lakes Caumasee, Crestasee. Forest walks. Breathtaking trekking/hikes. Die Rheinschlucht, Love it all!

    Nice ski village, fantastic scenery, restaurants outside of hotel not great or varied as far as I can see. Hotel lovely and that makes the difference. Does need more free and frequent ski busses, particularly to cross country skiing. Flims convenient on public transport from Zurich.

    The location is very convenient for skiing - it's right by the ski lift, and in fact there are now 2 gondolas going from Flims, so there is even a choice of which gondola to take. The reception is unmanned, the check-in and check-out are contactless, which is very convenient - there are no queues, no keys (a code is sent in a message instead). I just had to ask for a code to the ski room to pick up our stuff on the last day after check-out.

    it was well situated and the free shuttle bus to the ski lifts was very convenient. the hotel was very comfortable and we really enjoyed the pool and spa facilities after skiing. the staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good. our room was very spacious and had great views.
