The hotel is superb, everything was of higy quality. The location is perfect: not exactly in the center, but is quite and picturesque, only a few minutes walk to the center, and in the best position in Gstaad regarding the view to the mountains. The Deluxe Suite is spacious, it has a very big balcony with wonderful view to the mountains (Wispile). The breakfast was delicious and varied, the room was clean, and the staff very helpful and polite. So, everything was perfect to spend some memorable days in Gstaad!

Amazing staff, always ready to help and keep smiling. Would love to go back again, just because of rhe place, the hotel and the staff!! The breakfast was in general good, but I usually get bored of eating the same stuff everyday. So a bit of variety to add will be a bonus.

    Beautiful hotel , great location and the best stay We had the garden view we loved it waking up to the beautiful views . It was only a few minutes walk to the centre in such a great location everywhere you look is beautiful the hotel staff and hotel itself was just wonderful I highly recommend this place .

    Booking Com must start to accept its environmental responsibilities. Where this is an option try and persuade guests to travel by train. You will often make a point of saying "A visit to XXX is only 15 mins away by car" Fine - but if it is possible to use Public Transport to reach XXX say so. Make sure your maps show railways! Always give distance of Hotel from station.

    Amazing swimming pool with several pools suitable for all ages and abilities, including an outdoor thermal bath with jacuzzis. The ice rink was up when we were there, lots of nearby cafes and pubs. Lovely riverside walks and great playpark/animal centre between Saanen and Gstaad. Many train and bus connections. Several gondolas up to mountain restaurants and views and walks. Coop cafe is good and relatively cheap for budget conscious travellers.

    Was a nice hotel in good location and proximity to most of local attractions. The only problem was, we were not offered the same room we booked and the staff claimed the information on booking is not right.

    The location is the main advantage of this hotel. It lies on the Gstaad boulevard. This boulevard is like an authentic Swiss village street with lots of very expensive shops. Nothing too original. During the day it is very crowded but at night it is quit (end december). Restaurants in the area are nice, some very good but almost all are extremely expensive. (think 28 euro for a single starter). A nice skating ring is next to the hotel, as well as a public parking garage.

    The Posthotel is a beautiful wooden chalet in the heart of Gstaad - a lovely historic building but with all the modern comforts, fantastic location and the staff are so friendly and welcoming, coming here feels like home. This was my third visit and although it was for work I felt wonderfully relaxed, it's so clean and comfortable and all the staff greet you like an old friend.

    We liked everything: spa, breakfast, DJ set. I realized that it is very family friendly hotel (saw a lot of kids around, but they didn’t disturb anyone as there are a lot of things to do for them). Special thanks for the stuff for leaving Birthday decorations for my husband 🥰

    This is a family hotel, typically mountain cabin, woody, ski hotel. The best thing is the restaurant. Hello! They are family run, but the family that works in the kitchen is crazy good.
