The hotel is in the most perfect location for a fantastic view of Lake Thun and the mountains surrounding it. All the staff are extremely friendly and spoke good English. As soon as we entered the room we were like WOW after seeing the view from our balcony. Room size was great and big. Comfortable bed and pillows and blanket. Bathroom was great too with warm and cold water both available with many towels and hair n shower gel. Really nothing to complaint about. I dont know why there are some bad reviews for this hotel.
