Personnel was very kind and helpful. Communication with them was excellent,as well. Location is perfect just outside Zurich. There is near-by gas station and supermarket 24h. Also the room was super clean,warm, and quite.

The location in Thalwil was perfect for us as it was within walking distance of relatives we were visiting. The hotel was modern, with stylish, generous sized rooms, extremely clean and with good amenities and situated right next to beautiful Lake Zurich with Thalwil's main railway station right across the street. The staff were friendly, efficient and helpful and housekeeping prompt and inconspicuous. Can't comment on breakfast as we didn't eat there.

Staff are excellent. Top notch customer service. Location across from train station meant we were in Zurich within 15 mins. View of the lake is beautiful and a nice way to wake up. Breakfast is excellent and overall a high quality experience. Would absolutely stay again. Quick walk to shops, drugstores, and groceries.

We had a very nice weekend in Hotel Ochsen, located in a very nice area for walking and cycling, near Zug and Zurich. Owners and staff are very nice and helpful, good breakfast, room, bathroom. Dinner served is delicious…..

    Horgen is a charming little village, lovely to walk around.

    Horgen is a charming little village, lovely to walk around. It has a quaint centre and a beautiful waterfront. Easy travel into Zurich by train. Easy travel to mountains and skiing by train or car. Good supermarkets with good opening hours. We didn’t try the restaurants as we were visiting relatives but we did get a great takeaway - burritos. You can even swim in Lake Zurich by walking down to the waterside at various points. Great.

    If you want a great location near Zürich with a very friendly and helpful owner than look no further !! The room was very big, sparkle clean and very comfortable large bed with a great view over the lake Zürich. Bus stop @ 200m and great connection from and to Zürich airport. Thank you Esther for making me feel home ! You are an amazing host! I will for sure use your accommodation when back in Zürich!

    Very modern, room well appointed. Excellent breakfast and friendly staff. Location is superb opposite the station with frequent trains to Zurich and the airport, close to the lake and plenty of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance
