Great customer service and rooms with nice view and very comfortable bed. As interior designer I can say that room was gorgeous! It exceeded my expectations We had some good wine at the evening and realy good coffee in the morning at breakfast.

The hotel was really pretty, with nice location close to the bus stop and just next to the lake. The building the beautiful inside & out. You can watch the lake during breakfast. The breakfast had a good variety and quality. The room was also spotless clean and very stylish, with great view on the lake and the mountains. Comfy beds.

The hotel was very clean. The room was a good size and although our room faced the road we couldn't hear the traffic noise. The staff were polite and friendly and spoke good English. There was a good choice for breakfast and everything was fresh. The timings for breakfast were good ie spread over a few hours.

    The stay overall was amazing. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Moreover, we got a room category improvement, which was really nice. The room was clean and had everything you need. A great bonus was a free minibar. There are a picturesque lakeside and a sauna, and a comfortable terrasse as well as a coffee/tea zone in the hotel territory. The breakfast was abundant and tasty. We really enjoyed our stay in the chalet. Thanks!

    The reception is simple but operates efficiently. The room is surprisingly spacious and modernly organized, showing the touch of an architect who helped with the design improvements. There is a sense of modernity and decency, but nothing that makes me consider returning to this place. A pleasant surprise is the good Italian restaurant on the ground floor with an interesting offer for hotel guests.
