I was genuinely impressed by the quality of service at this hotel. Although it's rated as a 3-star, the warm hospitality and welcoming atmosphere made it feel like so much more—it was truly one of the highlights of our trip through Italy and Switzerland. Some standout aspects of our stay included: A complimentary room upgrade upon arrival, offering a breathtaking view A thoughtful welcome with complimentary wine, apples, and snacks in the room Refreshments like tea, infused water, and light snacks always available in the lobby A beautiful garden with a fantastic swimming pool—perfect for unwinding Free public transport tickets provided for the duration of our stay The overall atmosphere was calm, peaceful, and ideal for relaxation. The rooms are big with nice big terrasses and great views to the mountains, lake and swimming pool. The hotel feels like a spa hotel with the excellent swimming pool (but without any treatments offered). The location is perfect - close to the lake and you can walk/ run by the lake. The hotel is only 15 mins walk from Locarno city. The rooms are expensive but nevertheless we would like to return for a couple of days at a later time point because it is high quality and excellent staff.

Outstanding little hotel tucked in the tiny town of Corippo, literally at the end of the road and up the hill. Absolutely magical and charming place. We had a room with private bathroom that was very well thought out, the design mixing old and new seamlessly and leaving no comforts behind. The hosts even leave a small snack in your room. The restaurant was exceptional - best "hotel" meal we've had. Nice relaxed pace but not tardy. The village has an interesting vibe, and while tiny, it was bustling - really shows that if you build it, they will come. Felt very remote, secluded and private but only an hour or so from Lugano.

Everything was beyond exceptional! Very friendly staff and really good location. Free parking really helped! They even upgraded the room for us for free, best room in the hotel with a beautiful view of locarno!

    The Rustico is a very authentic House located at the beatuifull hill side of Lavertezzo. It is equipped with everything you need for a holiday including oven, stove, laundry, and so on. What impressed us was how clean it was and also the sourrounding area is beautiful. The Rustico is located 5-10 Minutes from Lavertezzo center, depending on how fast you walk. All in all we had a great weekend and would recommend this house to anyone visiting Tessin.

    Rooms are modest, but clean, cozy and welcoming. Fabulous location right on the river. Restaurant on site with good pasta and a nice, simple breakfast offering. The hosts are super kind and helpful. Also, a convenient bus stop right in front of the hotel, and we were given a bus pass for the duration of our stay. Lots of beautiful hikes to different villages leaving right from the hotel.

    The hotel is steps away from the Ponte dei Salti bridge. I stayed in the room with balcony and it has the best view of the church! The room is clean and the bed and the pillow are both very comfy. Breakfast was good too. The owner and manager were accommodating and made every effort to make my stay a comfortable one. I will stay there again!

    The owner of the place is a nice, kind woman. The room was very clean and there was also a balcony with an amazing view. The breakfast was varied and delicious. Don't miss this hotel!
