A modern boutique hotel with stunning views overlooking lake Lugano. Our room was well appointed, modern and large with comfortable soft beds. The hotel restaurant is of high quality with a modern twist. Breakfast on the terrace is a joy. Charging is available in the covered car park. The pool area was superb.

Everything was perfectly designed and well thought out from the modern architecture and interiors to the small gardens and the excellent breakfast. Very comfortable and quiet, with great value for money. The croissants and bread were outstanding! Location is also a big plus: close to the city center, the lake and, above all, the train station. A perfect stay.

Very beautiful hotel. Very nice room and bathroom. Very kind, nice, thoughtful staff. They carried my luggage to my room on arrival. Every evening live piano music. Outside on the terrace is a magnificent place to have breakfast or diner. They clean your room twice a day. It's a nice, quiet place to be, a place where one really can relax.

Wonderful location of the hotel. Parking spaces available. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The guy at the reception answered all our questions about getting around the city and the places we can visit. The room was clean and had everything you need for a wonderful stay.     Lugano is a beautiful place, wonderful lake surrounded by mountains. It's a great place for a relaxing few days, away from the busier parts of Europe. There's plenty to do, including wonderful lake cruises.

    I had no criticisms.

    I had no criticisms. An unusual aspect was their having a seat which can be out inside the shower for safety. The location was excellent, the staff very competent and helfsul. The Ticino ticket was very convenient for me.

    Beautiful lakeside location surrounded by grand historic buildings and lovely tree lined promenades. Best visited during sunny weather for the best views. Surrounding towns such a the picturesque Morcote, are easily accessed via ferry.

    Such a beautiful city on the side of the lake. It's so relaxing and a nice mix of Swiss efficiency and cleanliness with Italian charm and rustic. Lots of chances for walks and swimming and other things to do.

    So many shops and restaurants so nearby. No transportation needed. Funicular was great from train station to town center. Lake Lugano great view. Switzerland was not as expensive as everyone says. Free bus and train. Reasonable meal and drinks.

    All the staff were friendly and helpful, from breakfast staff to house keeping, especially the gentleman at reception who gave us recommendations about visiting Morcote. Location was great, arrived by train to Paradiso which is a 5 min walk to the hotel. Its also a short walk to the lake, where we were at one end and could walk lakeside to Lugano to the other side. Also conveniently located next to the funicular to the top of the mountain for 360 panoramic views.

    Breakfast was amazing. Dining room was excellent. Above all the service was 5 star….from the lovely lady at the front desk, to the restaurant staff to the breakfast attendant was beyond reproach. The staff here are very happy and eager to please. It is not a high end hotel but it’s beyond high end in service and attitude. We stayed 2x and would stay again if we return to Lugano. Xxxxx

    I really liked the calm area a little bit outside of the city centre but with the excellent Lugano-city card (you will receive when checking in), you have the bus near the hotel. I also appreciated the ceiling fan. Much better than air-condition and works very well. Breakfast was very good and nice to taste local products. I felt like at home and will definitely come back !
