Gabor at the desk had his eye on everything but was never too busy to help me plan my day there! From getting the bus / train pass to visiting the Rose Garden and giving me a map. He also made sure I got an item of clothing back that I had left in the room after checking out. Such welcoming and helpful attention made all the difference in the world!

Top accomodation. You can see and feel that this is a new, modern hotel. We had absolutely everything we needed, an Aldi supermarket is very close(1 minute walk). Check-in process was really easy, check-out as well. Location was 10 minutes away from old town and train station by bus. You receive a transport pass in Bern region.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The cleanliness of both the room and the bathroom was impeccable; everything felt fresh and well-maintained. What truly sets this hotel apart is its incredible location – being just steps away from the train station made getting around incredibly convenient.
