First of all the owners of the hotel are so kind and very helpful. Although the hotel is not a 5 star hotel the service is excellent. The hotel is normally a kind of traditional building so you can feel the warmness on the soul. It was a great chance to enjoy the view of Brienze lake every morning and evening. The breakfast especially the coffee served in the breakfast is wonderfull. The owners clean the rooms everyday. Therefore there is no hesitation on hygine. The location is perfect 3 minutes to the station. We didnot need to drive for 5 days and went everywhere by public transportation.

We spent 4 nights here in a beautiful room with lake view. The landscape is wonderful, no words to describe it. The location is really good for those who travel by train and bus. The train station is about 5-10 minutes away via the main street - we don't recommend the shortcut because there is no light there in the evening. The room is simple, clean and cozy and warm enough for winter. The beds are pretty comfortable. We were also happy with the breakfast - nothing too fancy but enough to choose from. Very professional and polite staff. We were allowed to self checkin because our train arrived pretty late and the procedure was smooth. Overall, we think it is a good choice and we would go back on any ocasion. Thank you!

A very well organised hotel, extremely friendly and helpful staff, high level of cleanliness, very comfortable room and bed, everything in the hotel decoration and ambiance was quite warm and very well designed/authentic, very tasty food and versatile menu, very good service, great location.     11 minutes away from Interlaken OST. This place is amazing for stay. Nearby the lake and mountains.Trains are having limited stops at this point. Trains are only available from each 1 hour gap form Interlaken OST. No groceries or such shops nearby. Make sure to grab your groceries and all the stuffs are with you before checking in hotel.
