The hotel is amazing! Fantastic location and superb amenities. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable, and the view stunning, especially if you get the front side of the hotel with views of the Alps in the distance. Amazing to wake up to and amazing to fall asleep to. The spa was fantastic (Vincent! He helped relieve what feels like years long lower back pain!) And the restaurant absolutely delicious! All in all a great stay, just wish it had been longer.

    My wife and I would have loved to enjoy Zurich but we only used the airport for arrival and departure. We rented a car to enjoy Switzerland and I can tell you that the roads were nice and well documented. We also found the airport to be efficient and the staff very friendly.

    The apartment was clean and had all the needed supplies, like towels, cookware, dishware, etc. The location is close to the train and bus stations, so the commute to Zurich was easy. Also, several grocery stores were close by. The self check-in was very well communicated and was pretty simple. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great!

    Good shuttle to the airport. Apart hotel is not staffed and is quite a walk from the Hilton, where the staff were very helpful. No tea or coffee making in the rooms. Breakfast at the Hilton quite good.

    Overall environment and amazing staff. Victor and there was another lady (forgot the name) were amazing. They tried to help with their max showing multiple rooms and guiding us how to explore Zurich.
