The food and drinks provided in the room were beyond exceptional! We did not even utilize the free breakfast, because there was so much food in the room when we arrived! We waited two years (because of the corona virus) for our vacation in this magical castle. This is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful sites in Switzerland. A real castle, gives you the feeling you are a real king. All hotel services are excellent, the staff is friendly and hospitable. The continental breakfast is served in the dining room with a view of the lake We had a pampering, luxurious, and very special vacation. Only good things can be said about this magical place. Although the price is not cheap, it is worth the money. This is one of the most beautiful castles in Europe and the best service we received in Switzerland

The hotel was one of the best in terms of historic building, location, views, sophisticated behaviour of the hotel staff, excellent breakfast and dinner restaurant. All in all I with my family had an unforgettable experience and one of these days want to come back and visit again. I strongly recommend anyone visiting Interlaken area to stop by at least for a day and if possible longer.
