Our stay was absolutely perfect. We got everything we needed. Comfortable bed to sleep in, a shower room to get ourselves cleaned and a kitchen where we could eat our breakfast. We also needed WiFi which worked very well. Maggie, the hostess kindly helped us in every way. Also we needed late check-in and it was possible at 10pm. Thank you. We appreciate everything.

The location to the shops, restaurants and lake was great, and short walk. The train station is across the road. my room was amazing, cosy, good views and everything I needed. Fantastic room and breakfast all for a great price. I arrived very early as my flight came in at 8am, and they said they would look after luggage until the room was ready… but then hurried around and gave me the keys. Great service. Breakfast buffet style was great. Croissant, breads, pastries, meats, cheeses, fruit, juice, tea coffee and even a sift boiled egg. The location is a short walk to some shops, restaurants and the lake.

Staff are excellent. Top notch customer service. Location across from train station meant we were in Zurich within 15 mins. View of the lake is beautiful and a nice way to wake up. Breakfast is excellent and overall a high quality experience. Would absolutely stay again. Quick walk to shops, drugstores, and groceries.

    We went on the train from the main station from Zurich, pleasant ride. Harmony house was close to the station. There were all convenient shops & supermarket close by for all our needs. The train was the same one taking us to the airport, very convenient.

    High price Not much to see Somehow I found Switzerland not tourist friendly Lots of all kind taxes on road and price for service food and restaurant high. For me there was noting in Stáfa to see .. Will not go there again ...
