Everyone at the hotel were extremely courteous and warm. It was a pleasure meeting them . Especially appreciated the ,on the house,coffee, tea and water at the reception. This is a true luxury in Europe The Location is exceptional. It was quiet and serene, yet accessible to the major tourist spots. I am definitely coming back again.. Special thanks to Jascha and Kay . Sorry if I got the spellings wrong, but they were so kind and thoughtful.

The balcony view is just unmatched. The ambient roof lighting was impeccable and made the room more aesthetic. The jacuzzi again steals away all the limelight despite having a spa within the room. Perfectly planned view and amenities provided in the room. We loved the complimentary drinks and the spectacular bose sound system .

    It's a nice village close to Luzern and Stans.

    It's a nice village close to Luzern and Stans. You can easily get the train to Luzern or Engelberg and visit the Stanserhorn bahn or the Titlis bahn. Where you can ski, take in the beautiful views or do some walking. It is by the lake and there are some good restaurants close by and also by the lake with lovely views and good pizza! you can also take a nice walk around the lake too.

    Very friendly and helpful staff Close to town Their own bakery and restaurant Mega delicious breakfast buffet Quality of food was the best Cheese and buendnerfleisch Birchermuesli was a hit And so was the ruehrei The cremeschnitten from their own bakery And the pralines were also excellent And gluten free Zwiebelkuchen a hit Parking a little small but okay So was the washroom ...not much space Noisy road baustelle Aber sehr nettes personal So all in all super happy We will be back

    We enjoyed our stay here. It's close to Lucerne via car (15 minute drive) or a lovely boat ride (1 hour) Our room was really clean and nicely decorated. The restaurant served excellent food. We ate there both nights and had really tasty, good portioned meals. The staff were great. There's a lovely bakery next to the restaurant where you can get beautiful cakes and pastries and eat them at the hotel. Free parking in the small car park.

    Lovely old fashioned hotel on the banks of Lake Lucerne with terraces and views. Good parking and pet friendly! The room was a junior suite, spacious with a large balcony....close to some shops, restaurants and walks...very good hotel pizza restaurant opposite. Good breakfast. About a 20 minute drive to Lucerne.

    A cute hotel, with a lovely staff and rooms surrounded by a beautiful nature. The rooms are very creative and clean. Free water and fruits are avaliable for the guests. Highly recommended.
