    So this place is not a hotel or a hostel it's a mountain hut on the edge of town. With that in mind we found our room to be clean and comfortable with all the charm of a mountain hut. There are no food options here but there is an amazing kitchen and common room / dining area. There is also a restaurant about 1 minute walk away or take the bus to Lauterbrunnen for more food & drink options.

    This place is for people who don't like to see other people :-). The chalet is located at the end of the road in Stechelberg, so you don't have much traffic. The hotel restaurant is about 50m from the chalet. The chalet itself has a terrace with unbeatable panoramic view of the mountains including Breithorn. This is an ideal place for relaxation or hiking or both. Highly recommended!

    The staff were very nice and helpful. The kitchen is well made, you can cook anything there. The "hotel" itself is at a very calm and beautiful place, easy to make spectacular tours from there, and there is a nice restaurant nearby. The garden part is very fun to hangout at, they had hammocks, grills, ping-pong tables. You gonna see cows and waterfalls from the balcony.

    Location is close to the bus stop. It has almost everything you need to self cater. It was comfortable and warm. It had a great selection of TV channels. Including most of the UK mainstream channels.its lovely and quiet even though its is on the road to Stechelberg.
