A very pleasant and charming family hotel. The owner made everything possible to provide us with the best service, and always with a smile and a desire to help and assist in any way. The apartment was clean, tidy and equipped with everything needed for a stay. The location is excellent, both in terms of proximity to the city center and lake, public transportation and proximity to a supermarket and a great bakery to start the day. We will definitely recommend it warmly to all our friends and sure to stay again on our next trip

    The hotel is just next to Thalwi train station and there is direct train from/to Zurich Airport. We had been upgraded to a newly renovated room with a terrace. The room is very spacious.
