The location was perfect right next to train station which made getting around so easy. The hotel also provided a free travel pass for the time we were there which was excellent as we could use all mode of transport to move around

Hotel was very nice and very comfy. Great location very quiet ideal for rest and enjoying nature. The staff was great especially owner any issue or question I had owner helped me resolve even issues that were not related to the hotel itself

It s unforgettable feeling like you are in city of Switzerland but having resort facilities. Like the smell of amenities and whole ambiance of the hotel. You feel home at La Reserve accomodations. Now I do not know which is my favourite: paris , Zurich of Geneve. They all so different, love them all.

Very beautiful room and lovely bathroom, friendly helpful service, lots of thoughtful extras like a small gift, welcome drink and snacks, newspaper of choice delivered to my room, turn-down service, and luxurious bath products. I enjoyed the delicious drinks, food and live jazz band at the Leopard Bar.

    The hotel was well situated with great views over the lake and easy transport into Geneva as the bus and train station is only about 200 metres away. The local area is very clean and with a selection of places to eat - including an excellent Chinese restaurant 5 ,minutes walk away.

    A good jumping off place for work at the UN or generally in Geneva. A very nice little town with plenty of amenities within easy walking distance. Public transport right across the street. Noisy with the train tracks just across the street and jet arrivals every 2-3 minutes from the early morning to about 23:00. The lifts will drive you crazy. Helpful staff, especially Debora at the desk and Joseph in the dining area. There are cheaper alternatives on the French side but less conveniently situated.

    For a small town -- great restaurants within walking...

    For a small town -- great restaurants within walking distance of hotel. Pastry shop across from the hotel -- amazing. Pizza restaurant down the street was wonderful. Aldi across from the train platform -- perfect for snacks and wine.

    I booked a superior room in order to have a nice view and I had it: the lake was really beatiful from the room windows. The bathroom was reasonable and the bed comfortable. Everything was clean and well kept. Most looked new. The car parking is comfortable and having several supermarket close to the hotel (really close) is always welcome. There are also some nice restaurants around. Staff was friendly and ready to help.

    Beautiful welcoming hotel with beautiful scenic lake view. . Friendly helpful staff on hand. Very close to transport and shops for any amenities. Not a far bus ride, too, and from the airport and free complimentary travel passes are provided into and around Geneva also.

    The hotel is in an amazing location and the views are incredible - what a beautiful place. Lovely walks along the hotel and small beach/pebble beach further down. Clean, wifi good and food was excellent. Pricey but good.

    Receptionist and restaurant staff were lovely. Large bathroom towels. Plenty of hot water in shower. The view from our corner room over the lake and of Mont Blanc was stunning!
