Unexpectedly good hotel (for this price in Switzerland) with an amazing wellness area right on the lake Luzern. Breakfast is great. Rooms are a bit small, but very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay there and even decided to come back few nights later. Charger for e-cars for a very good price (two stations at the parking lot).

We loved the place, just 2 minutes walk from lake where you can enjoy beauty of vitznau and also swim. Jeroen is best host, they have arranged everything you can need during your stay. Spacious duplex with comfortable beds and a balcony where you can enjoy barbecue. There is also private parking. Will come back for sure.

The hotel exceeded our expectation. It was very clean, the breakfast was delicious with a variety of freshly baked products and fresh fruit. The room was lovely and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had the Swiss fondue at the restaurant and that was the best fondue we ever had!

Mario gave us extremely warm welcome when we checkin, and the thorough experience of our stay was so beyond expectation： Our room was next to the room where President Bush stayed. It had a big window facing the lake which allowed us to oberserve the double rainbow appeared in the early morning. Strongly recommend everyone who comes to Brunnen to stay here, especially the lake side room.

A very lovely and cozy hotel with a warm, homely atmosphere. Our room was comfortable, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and easy — we arrived very late, but the hotel staff had everything prepared for us: a parking spot was reserved, the key was left for us, and we were given clear instructions on where to find it. The staff were all very kind and polite. We truly felt welcome and comfortable here, and would happily come back!

The hotels provide superb service, from booking to the wonderful, friendly & knowledgeable staff on arrival to the property. My dining experience did not disappoint.     If you are umming and ahhing about going, just go.

    If you are umming and ahhing about going, just go. I've seen a review saying it was crowded, but October 2023 it was not, it was very quiet so if you want a bustling vibe it's not for you! I think in summer it may be more of a popular spot.

    Beautiful location and terrace to relax. Staff was kind. Our favourite was Alexandra in the restaurant. The room Was advertised as air conditioned but there was no aircon and the lady said we should open the window at night. I appreciate this might be a booking.com misleading information. The room was very basic and in need of an update but the whole atmosphere was still nice and the hotel has character. It was very clean and The view compensated for the room. The swimming pool and sauna well Looked after.

    Friendly staff, easy check in. The hotel is located on the main street, so there was a bit of traffic noise. No problem, but had to sleep with windows closed. Nice, big balcony. Breakfast was good. Hotel is located next to the Rigi Bahn to the Mountain and the ferry point and bus station. We didnt need our car for our 4 nights stay.
