The staff was the best. Friendly and helpful. The breakfast was just right. For the location, so close to Caracol Street, I thought it was a great value. We enjoyed free parking, the staff texted us prior to our visit to confirm the reservation etc. Overall a very good experience.

The hotel's location is perfect, close to Caracolles Street and the central part of the city. The hotel's structure is beautiful, and the room was very good, with a ceiling fan and a very good shower. The staff were very kind to us, and although we had scheduled tours every day and couldn't enjoy the breakfast much, the staff prepared a lunch box for us to take on our tours. On one of the nights, we were presented with a glass of wine and appetizers, which made our evening very special. The hotel also lends bicycles for free, which we didn't have time to use, but we found it to be a very positive differential. The hotel gave us a water bottle which was very useful because we could refill it in the hotel.

Amazing place! Away enough to be able to walk or bike to the Main Street without the notice. Peaceful, amazingly beautiful! The interior dedig is cozy and nice, the color palette gives you peace and tranquility. The whole staff is more than amazing! They go beyond what is needed to make you feel at home! It is like being in your own home, you can cook if you feel like it, breakfast is amazing! One of the best stay experiences I have ever had.

Inside, you’ll find simple luxury: a spacious bathroom with double sinks, separate WC with bidet, rain shower with excellent water pressure, and a gorgeous large soaking tub. The interior showcases beautifully hewn desert wood and ceramic artworks that connect you to the local landscape, while maintaining sophisticated comfort. Maria’s design philosophy is genius—rustic minimalism that amplifies rather than competes with the desert’s natural serenity. The first morning, I woke to a perfectly framed view of an extinct Andean volcano, positioned like a living painting in my window. The place was super cute and well located. There was ample parking on the street and even though we left for a few days, we had the reception look out for the car while away. It’s a great room and we loved that we had our own kitchen and that breakfast was provided and we made it whenever we got up. The receptionist also helped us out immensely with filling out some forms that we needed last minute and was always happy to help us out with whatever we requested.
